I understand that life happens, and I will make one exception for a no-call, no-show or late cancellation. However, to respect the time and commitments of my small, independently owned salon, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. After your first missed appointment or late cancellation, I will charge a 50% fee of the original appointment cost. This fee is necessary to cover the time reserved just for you.
